Forge a team, move forward together
From June 24th to 28th, the families of Tianjin FRIEND Technology Co., Ltd. organized a team-building self-driving trip to the Zhenglan Banner grassland in Xilin Gol. We let loose on the grassland, forgot all our worries, and enjoyed some leisure time of our own.
From June 24th to 28th, the families of Tianjin FRIEND Technology Co., Ltd. organized a team-building road trip to the Zhenglan Banner grassland in Xilin Gol. We let loose on the grassland, forgot all our worries, and enjoyed some leisure time of our own.
On the first day of the trip, with the theme of "Forge the Team, Move Forward Together," under the organization of Tianjin's private team-building company, the company's families were divided into groups—icebreaking—competition—analysis—review. Everyone participated, using their wisdom, team spirit, and individual abilities to strive for the best score for their team; in each game, we had no company leaders, only team captains and team members, everyone working together for the team's victory; we broke down departments and formed new small groups. In the process, everyone played new roles and experienced new feelings. The day of team building flew by, everyone was still immersed in the games, and also experienced a lot that they hadn't noticed before; learned a lot that we had never experienced.
For the next three days, we organized various real grassland tours, everyone immersed themselves in the beauty of the grassland. The beautiful scenery of the grassland during the day, the bonfire dances at night, and the twinkling stars on moonlit nights allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse ourselves in the blue and green scenery of the grassland, without a trace of fatigue or sadness, filling our hearts with laughter.

As night falls, the stars twinkle, the FRIEND people raise their heads and shout to the heavens, look, those beautiful fireworks, they belong to us, they are FRIEND's, the blooming fireworks also symbolize that FRIEND people will surely bloom beautifully on their own path.
The five-day trip is over, we returned to our familiar city and our familiar posts with wonderful memories and various gains. Fellow FRIEND people, let's continue to work hard, for our cause, so that we can better shine in our respective positions, just like the slogan of the last game during the team building, "FRIEND with me, even more glorious." I hope we can realize this slogan, I hope FRIEND with me will truly be even more glorious.
