FRIEND's Wave-Breaking Team Building Trip
In September, the golden autumn season, FRIEND organized a company team-building activity themed "Riding the Waves, Forging Ahead" with the assistance of Beijing Zhongtuo Consulting Company.
In September, with the assistance of Zhongtuo Consulting Company in Beijing, FRIEND organized a company team-building activity themed "Riding the Waves, Forging Ahead."
During this team-building activity, we had team games, a mountain climbing event, and team dance competitions, combining mental and physical challenges. This allowed everyone to experience the importance of cooperation, competition, and spirit. In each activity, all company employees demonstrated team spirit and a spirit of perseverance, fully engaging the FRIEND spirit. We took our games seriously, our competitions seriously, and our mountain climbing was no joke.
Throughout the four-day trip, regardless of ease or fatigue, no employee fell behind. Everyone participated, setting aside their roles as leaders and employees, and forgetting gender and usual divisions. At that moment, we were one family, laughing and progressing together.
We hope that in future work, we can leverage the insights gained from this team-building event to continue to cultivate the FRIEND spirit, to excel in our work, and to bring a unique FRIEND experience to our friends.
