Entering China Construction Steel Structure Tianjin Company
On the morning of October 30, four people including Vice President Li Zhiming, Secretary-General Han Qin, Bian Keyong from the Welding Association, and Director Nie Dawei from Tianjin FRIEND Technology visited China Construction Steel Structure Tianjin Co., Ltd.

On the morning of October 30th, a group of four, including Vice President Li Zhiming, Secretary-General Han Qin, Bian Keyong from the Welding Association, and Director Nie Dawei from Tianjin FRIEND Technology, visited China Construction Steel Structure Tianjin Co., Ltd.
In the lobby on the first floor of the administrative building, Vice General Manager Yu Haihui and Chairman Peng Fang of the labor union warmly greeted them and personally accompanied them on a tour of the company's exhibition hall. Through the images, statistics, and models in the exhibition hall, they not only learned about the development, brilliant achievements, and contributions of China Construction Steel Structure Tianjin Company, but also experienced China's world-leading technological strength in this field.
Leaving the exhibition hall, General Manager Yu and Chairman Peng personally accompanied them on a tour of the production workshop and the training center about to be put into use. Through the headsets, they heard the interpreter introduce the advanced processing equipment and first-class technology along the way. After completion, the training center will not only include training on various conventional welding methods, but will also be equipped with 10 welding robot workstations to meet the needs of the company and society for welding robot training and undertaking national competitions.
Subsequently, three more people, including Li Pengpeng from the company's training center, also participated in the exchange meeting.
During the meeting, Vice General Manager Yu expressed his importance to the local association, mentioning the hope for support from the local association and strengthened cooperation with local universities, research institutes, and other advantageous resources in the process of achieving intelligent manufacturing, green production, and upgrading and transformation of manufacturing processes; he discussed the leading role of China Construction Steel Structure as a leading domestic enterprise for seven consecutive years in the field of advanced manufacturing and the company's plan for its path towards intelligent manufacturing; he discussed the urgency and necessity of the company's automation upgrade, the need to change the heavy and high-risk nature of welding jobs, and the work ideas for solving the problem of labor shortages; and he introduced the functions of the training center.
Secretary-General Han Qin spoke on behalf of the association, detailing the association's organizational structure, key work, activities, and formats; he introduced the characteristics of the association and society's joint office and the jointly organized "Tianjin Welding Forum," the establishment of the "Training and Education Committee" and the "Tianjin Welding Think Tank," and the progress of their work; he introduced the work ideas of strengthening service functions and building information transmission and exchange platforms, and the exchange and interaction with welding associations in other provinces and cities. Other representatives also supplemented the introduction of some high-quality service resources in the Tianjin welding industry.
The visit to China Construction Steel Structure Tianjin Company concluded successfully.
After the visit, Director Nie Dawei, as a council member of the Welding Association, returned to FRIEND Company and introduced the visit to his colleagues in the sales department, sharing industry information and development directions. As a member of the welding industry, FRIEND Technology will surely contribute to the promotion of automated and environmentally friendly welding.
